How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice with us please send a written communication that includes the following information

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the material on our website that you believe to be infringing including the URL or specific location
  3. Your contact information including your full name mailing address telephone number and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner its agent or the law
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will take appropriate actions including the removal or disabling of access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also make a good faith attempt to contact the user who posted the material so they may respond with a counter-notification if appropriate.

Counter Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing or that you have the right to post and use such material you may send us a written counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  3. Your full name address telephone number and email address along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Once a valid counter-notification is received we may reinstate the content at our discretion unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Plannz.xyz has a policy of terminating in appropriate circumstances users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to take such action at our sole discretion.
